August 18th - 19th - Thunder at the Lakes always brings some of the best Sportsman drag racers in the country to BIR, but this year’s event will take on a completely different look.

Thunder at the Lakes, featuring the NHRA West Central Division’s Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series, will be Aug. 18-19 this year – the weekend before the Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals.
